Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue of products and click on any items that you wish to buy and click on ‘Add to Basket’. You will be asked to confirm the ordered item is correct. You can check and amend your purchases at any time by clicking on ‘check basket’ button before completing your order. You can then continue shopping or if you are finished, click on the ‘checkout’ button. You will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete your order.

We accept Maestro, Delta, Visa, Solo, Electron and Mastercard securely online.

Shipping And Handling Normal delivery times are between 7.30am and 6.00pm Mon – Fri local time. All of our services require a signature upon delivery please.

Please also note that for orders placed from outside of the UK we are only able to ship goods to the invoice/card registered address…. apologies for any disappointment or inconvenience this causes.

Delivery Schedule

We acknowledge receipt of all orders via personal e-mail within a few working hours of receipt.

We aim to dispatch orders within 4-5 working days of receipt (exc Sat – Sun & Bank Holidays). We will always advise you of any possible further delays when acknowledging receipt of your order. Can we ask for your patience please, during our busiest times of the year, usually from April to September inclusive and around Christmas/New Year time, when we may take between 10-14 working days to dispatch your order …. please try and order early for Christmas and in pre-season to avoid any undue disappointment.

If you are not normally at home during the day we will happily deliver to a neighbour or your place of work etc, which you can specify with your order by putting a note in the special delivery instructions box or by selecting the delivery to other than your invoice/card address option at the checkout stage….. please note for both your and our security all parcels must be signed for on delivery.

Back Orders

In the event that your item(s) is temporarily out of stock, we will back order it for you. You will be given the option of a similar alternative product or the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. If we forward your order in part(s) you will not be charged for any subsequent deliveries made in completing your order in full, except in the case of pre-order lines with delayed / forward availability dates, as published above the “add to basket” buttons in our online store.

Tax Charges

For all orders placed for delivery within the UK or the European Union our prices include VAT. All orders for delivery outside of this are VAT exempt and we will notify you of your net of VAT order value by confirmation return e-mail and before charging your card.

Credit Card Security

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit and charge card numbers are encrypted using the industry recognised https:// SSL (secure sockets layer) system which displays the re-assuring ‘Golden Padlock’ in your browser window. Your details are only decrypted after they reach our computer; they are not held in clear text on any web site, so you can shop online with us, with complete peace of mind.

Guarantee

We guarantee your total satisfaction. All of our products come with a 14 day money back guarantee (extended for special dispensation over the Christmas/New Year period). This is providing that the item has not been used and is returned as new in it’s original packaging and excludes any postal costs incurred, which are your responsibility.

Please note that postage costs are refundable and our responsibility only in relation to any goods that have been incorrectly dispatched by us or found to be faulty at the time of delivery to you.

Returns Policy

We offer a very fair returns policy, should your goods not be the correct size or colour.

We offer either an exchange of goods or a total refund, providing that the goods have not been used, are returned in their original packaging and that you meet the cost of any additional postage incurred in completing the return and if applicable, any exchange. We suggest for your own security, that you use a
recorded delivery service for any goods that you return to us and use the Goods Return note included with your order.

relation to any goods that have been incorrectly dispatched by us or found to be
faulty at the time of delivery to you.

Remittance Terms
We accept payment by VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, Electron, Delta or Solo cards or by
cheque in the post (payable to Paulredsports please).
